Administrative Officer

– Contract Position – Work from Home – 5 hours/week –

The Pastoral Ministry Network (PMN) is a small association of lay, ordained and religious working in various Catholic Pastoral Ministry roles. Our members are individuals desiring renewal in our church today as we cooperate with the Holy Spirit in becoming Christ’s disciples for the sake of the mission. We are drawn from parishes, dioceses, and various Catholic agencies.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the PMN.  Reporting to the PMN Committee Chair, tasks include

  • Admin support for our events
  • Updating our website
  • Editing and sharing our newsletter
  • Continued connection with existing and potential members/sponsors
  • Support executive roles: finance, secretarial, governance (AGM)
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Estimated 5 hours a week – $50 per hour (estimated) – initial 12-month contract with view to continue.
